this trade is initialized in Nov 25th, but drag on until now due to Taggerd's family issues (he did received my side of trade on Dec 5th), even tho the communication "did" cease complete, but with help of AnandTech Forum's Admin (Harvey)'s wisdom everything did end up good.

We agreed on terms on April 6th, and I shipped on April 11th. On the 13th he emailed that he had gotten it, and wanted to test it before paying. I said fine, just let me know what you find. I didn\'t hear from him until the 18th, when I emailed to find out status and he said his wife was sick, etc, didn\'t have time to test it. I said fine, just get to it soon. I emailed a couple times in the next few days, and eventually told him on the 28, that since he wasn\'t replying to my emails that I was going to complain on that he wasn\'t paying. On May 2nd he replied that he had sent a MO to the return address on the box. I said I never got it, he said he\'d go check what address it went to. Didn\'t hear from him until the 10th, when I again told him I was getting tired of waiting. He said he\'d go check if the MO had been cashed. On the 13th he finally said he\'d added funds to his Paypal account and asked for my Paypal address for the 4th time (every time I had given it to him, I guess he forgot and didn\'t know how to look at old email).

So, on the 16th I finally got the Paypal. All in all, 33 days from when he got it to finally paying, and I\'m confident I never would have gotten paid if I hadn\'t badgered him about it constantly.

I traded the processors for the memory. Once he got the processors and they tested good he retested his memory and it was bad and offered to RMA it and then send me the new ones or send me a replacement pair (different brand but same capacity). I took the other memory so i woulnt have to wait for the RMA to be done. All in all i am happy with the deal and dont have any complaints.

Similar to the previous poster, we avoided a situation that could have been disastrous with lesser civil traders. I was under the impression that the purchase price included an OS on the system. (Somehow after 20 PM\'s) we still got our lines crossed. We ended up basically splitting the difference and I ended up getting refunded some. The item was extremely well packed - among the best jobs I\'ve ever seen. Terry shipped quickly and kept in constant communication. I would not hesitate to do business with him again. A truly great deal and a great trade.
