The communication could have been better. I ordered the item on the first and he said that he would ship it out on Monday since it was New Year's and all but then it got delayed and he said he'd ship it out by Wednesday. I said I could really use it by the end of the week and he said it would arrive by then. He did ship it out on Tuesday, however, it came from CA instead of Texas and was shipped with FedEx ground so it actually arrived on the 13th (after the weekend). It did say it was shipped by some bongous.com website which I thought was odd but the item did arrive BNIB. Seller apologized and agreed to a partial refund (due to the shipping speed) which I thought was fair and overall, I'd rate the transaction as positive. In the end, I received a brand new CPU at a great price albeit a little bit later than I anticipated.
