Paid him on feb 26th 2006, after a month stuff never came. He said it was lost in the mail and would pay me back full, still hasn\'t happened 6 months later.

Kept great comms before he got his money but when he got in touch rarely and I had to chase him up constantly for updates, CPU was rec\'d late, was in fact opened NOT sealed as he claimed in our PMs, it may be used. He made a big fuss about how it wasn\'t a big deal and how I\'m making much more of it than it was, and this was an RMA rec\'d from AMD and it was never used. Looking at a closer pic it shows it *might* be used. After a looong conversation, dealing w/ his rudeness and aggressiveness, he finally agreed on $50 paypal refund, and this was on June 16th. Since then in the rare times he\'s responded to my PMs he said his DSL was down, and that was the last time I heard from him. I will contact his local Police Depart to file a complaint and recieve my $50 refund as we agreed, and I hope the CPU actually works!

I sent him the money after agreeing on shipment and paymnet methods, which he demanded money order BTW. Like one month after I bought them I recieved 1 package and the other is \\\"lost\\\". I filed a claim with USPS and I have contacted him, he says that he will give me a new card and some extra cash for the trouble. Yea right. I will contact authorities VERY soon if not resolved. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY!

Well, in his thread, he linked to a set of Team Xtreem ram, that he noted as being the \"Exact\" sticks in the link. Well, they are not.
The SPD on the chips are different, the Week of the chips are different, and the Serial #\'s are different.
The ram also showed up with Bent up Heat Spreaders,of which he said the OPB had bent them, well, to make a long story short, I paid Top Dollar for the Ram, as I was assured it was the Exact ram in the link, and I found this trader to be nothing short of Arrogant and Rude, once he got his $$ of course. He is not the type of person I would want to ever trade with again, and I have started a Dispute at Paypal, as well as Contacted the Troll Hunters, and the Anandtech Moderator. I want my Money back from this Fraudulent Deal.

I purchased a new/sealed EVGA 7900GTX card from Gary on 6/17/06 for $383 and paid via Paypal. He was to ship the card out ASAP and include the original purchase, so that I may utilize the Step-Up program.

Nearly two weeks later, the card has not shipped and I am left doing the footwork to make contact. I called Gary on Monday the 26th and he gave me the same excuse as below (internet was down at work). I left a message earlier today warning that it is in Gary\'s best interest to get this resolved with me promptly. He did return my phone call (however he asked for and was attempting to get ahold of Jeff, the poster below), and gave the same excuse.

At this point, I have filed a claim with Paypal and am in contact with other purchasers of Gary\'s that are in the same situation.

Purchased a 7900GTX off xsforums on june 12th I have not recieved the card.

I bought a EVGA 7900GTX video card hoping to step it up to a 7950GX2.

I told him that I would buy his card if he would email me all registering information (serial number, electronic invoice) to me upon payment so I could start the step up process as soon as possible. He agreed and I sent him $379 paypal CC on June 16. As soon as I paid him he told me he would get me the info when he got home. After several attempts to get the info and several responses from him claming that his DSL was down, he sent me the card?ÇÖs serial number. I then realized I needed the purchase place and date to register the card so I asked him to send me the electronic invoice. Again, I made several attempts by PM and email to get this info from him. Now, all this time he had not shipped either. He finally replied my email on June 24 saying that that info was packaged inside the card and that he could not get it for me. I can?ÇÖt believe that he couldn?ÇÖt get access to the electronic invoice from newegg (where he says the card was bought) but he did have the card with him (supposedly).

Anyway, after bugging him some more he emails me saying that he?ÇÖd rather refund my money; That he ?Ç£had it with me asking him to bend over backwards so I could take advantage of the system?Ç¥ and that I should buy a GX2 somewhere else. I don?ÇÖt think I was doing anything wrong wanting to step the card up. That?ÇÖs perfectly legal. So I emailed him back saying, Ok, give me my money back. I was tired of his rudeness and lack of compliance with what we had agreed. So he emails me on June 25 saying ?Ç£Give me a few days to deposit some funds in my paypal.?Ç¥ I waited a couple of days and I emailed him yesterday morning and have received no response at all since Sunday June 25.
