Ryan is a terrible communicator. Lied numerous times about shipping my items out. Had my money order for a good week or more before shipping my items. (Money order was USPS style, and sent Priority, yet he was afraid the MO was fraudulent?) Video card was sent in a plastic baggie, no original packaging. Wrong I/O plate sent with the motherboard, Ryan insisted it was the correct one however. Had to e-mail DFI to get the correct one.
