Purchased it on 9/12 without any problems. Quickly responded to all my messages. Received the CPU on 9/15. Perfect packaging. I'm talking CPU put in a plastic case, wrapped in another plastic case, put in a box, wrapped box in bubble wrap, and put it in a bubble lined envelope.

Very happy with the product. Will buy from again if I find something else.
