I had Walter ship first since he did not have any Heat, and he did an outstanding job for his first feedback. The video card showed up 2 days after the deal, and it was perfectly packaged in a box inside another box. He was also honest about the condition of the gpu fan as it makes some noise.

He was very patient with me during this transaction, as my Paypal account would not accept a CC payment; therefore I had to decline his payment.
