Smooth transaction as far as I'm concerned. Payment was sent swiftly and communication was good both before and after he received the laptops. We thought that there might have been an issue with one of them but rather than being rude and accusatory he was willing to do the testing that I requested and in the end we determined that the issue was with the battery. He didn't make any demands or even requests whatsoever, but I felt compelled to offer a resolution that I felt was fair and would make both of us happy. I would do business with him again and take his packaging recommendations into consideration, since (as is often the case) UPS wasn't overly gentle with the box.
