He was very courteous and communication with him was good. He shipped fast, and was even willing to ship first, despite the fact that I only had Ebay feedback. The hdd I got from him was unopened as described, and the money was Paypal\'ed promptly after he got the phone. There was a small issue with the phone, but it was taken care of courteously and to both of our satisfactions.
