I shipped first because he had more eBay feedback (won't do that EVER again--eBay is a cesspool and their feedback is worthless).

He received my iPad, played with it, and decided he didn't want it. He even admitted it in a PM to me. Because he was obviously having buyer's remorse, I asked him to refund my shipping and send the iPad back, since I completed my portion of the trade and he did not. He then made up an excuse that it was "defective"--he was trying to charge it via a normal computer USB port, and it only charges with the screen off when you do this (it's a KNOWN behavior of iPads). That's like trying to plug a car battery into your cellphone then complaining it won't charge.

Anyway, he sent it back by apparently lying to his local Post Office to return it to sender (you aren't supposed to do this if it's opened, which it was). Therefore, it cost him nothing to send back, and it took 2 weeks to get back to me since return items are at the BOTTOM of the priority list (I shipped it to him USPS Priority, to put it in perspective).

So, to sum: He agrees to trade, backs out of trade, and costs me shipping, and 2 weeks of not having my item. He was out absolutely nothing.

Horrible trader--backs out of deals at YOUR expense! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
