Buyer contacts me 2 weeks after purchasing drives to tell me 2 of the drives are defective.

Dietrich claims I never offered him any form of warranty. He forgets to mention that I specifically stated to him when I dropped it off [all the way to where he lives, when he clearly made arrangements to meet me half way, yet backed out] that he should go home and test the drives. If he has any issues to contact me as I will refund or replace the drive. Any reasonable seller offers warranty against DOA. 2 weeks later is not \'on arrival\' as anything could have happened during the 2 week period. This is why I have refused to refund the buyers money. I\'ve had numerous dealings on EBAY, RFD, Craigslist and have never come across any issues whether buying or selling. To wait 2 weeks to test out a hard drive is un acceptable.
