RW3 was great to deal with. He replied to PM's within a reasonable amount of time and got my item shipped out within 24-48 hours. The HDD's were packed very well! RW3 even agreed to provide a 1 year warranty on the HDD's himself, even though they are technically out of warranty from Hitachi, but only because they were once external HDD's. The drives themselves are only a hair over 1 year old when purchased, so I was very pleased with this gesture.

I would definitely buy from RW3 again!!
