Great communication here! Answered all of my questions promptly, even when I was hemming and hawing over this tablet vs a higher powered tablet.

Packaging was great, and there was no damage anywhere. When I opened the tablet, there was a spot in the corner where the body and the screen had started to come apart....contacted Shyatic, and he was equally confused, as there was no damage to the boxes. He offered to help me out should I choose. I played with it a bit, and discovered that they were just friction/pop tabs that had come apart.

I would definitely deal with Shyatic again!
