Jay shipped out the Smart Media card in a timely manner, though the card was apparently stolen in the mail. The thin paper envelope he sent in (poor packaging, IMHO), was slit halfway down the side upon arrival and the SM card was nowhere to be found.

I live in a building where the mail is sorted by hired people, but I know the people in the mailroom and have received dozens of other packages with no problems, so I suspect the card was swiped during some other part of the shipping process, though I don't know for sure.

After contacting Jay, he was very good about getting back with me, and since this was such a small dollar item, we agreed to split the loss 50/50. His return paypal was timely as well.

All in all, though packaging was minimalistic, communication was excellent, and I would definitely trade with Jay again; though I would carefully agree on shipping procedures beforehand. Thumbs up for this trader.

I was skeptical of sending payment first to a new trader, so Nehal gave me his home number, which agreed with the internet white pages, and he didn't mind at all talking with me for a few minutes on the phone just so I felt comfortable with sending paypal prior to his shipment.

Item was an excellent price--a camera he had gotten an extra of at a Target clearance and he was passing the savings on to his fellow forums members. I appreciate people who aren't just out to make a buck, but are willing to pass good fortune on to others.
