Item has never shown up. No contact from Seller at all since payment was sent. Anandtech Moderator sent message, I have emailed two addresses and filed dispute, then claim with Paypal. All have had no response nearly 2 weeks after payment. :(

I hope everything is ok with this trader as he has been around AT for a long time, but I feel I have to warn any potential Buyers that, so far, it appears I have been Trolled. :(

Agreed on price, who ships first, etc. When product didn\'t arrive in reasonable time, I contacted John, explained problem & he agreed to check the Post Office & immediately offered to refund the purchase price if it turned out to be lost. He contacted me after the Post Office had replied to his inquiry that the package was indeed lost and we worked out the refund details. Couldn\'t ask for better cooperation. No name calling, or finger pointing. Just a professional response to a business problem. Other than not being able to get the software, very satisfied with the seller and his response. John, if it ever shows up back at your addy, I\'ll take it at the price we agreed. If it ever shows up here, I\'ll send you the $. Thanks.

I bought the card via paypal, he said he shipped it the next day, days later no card so I emailed him and he said it would be there that saturday. No card so I emailed him and he didnt answer to all my emailed for a about 1 and half weeks. Found out that he had some virus and was in the hospital bed. He emailed me and found out that the package was lost in the mail carrier...USPS. He said he found it and the next day I recieved it. Package was perfect, I opened it and installed it. The screen was all flaky and screwed up so I asked if he overclocked it. He said no and apprently it was damaged during the shipping process. I am in the process of RAM'ing this card through PNY. John has very nicely agreed to pay for it which is around 20 dollars. Overall his communication when he isn't sick is great. Shipping was a little problem but got solved very very fast after he came back. Overall, I would have really liked to get it sooner but becuase of the circumstances there was no way. The fact that he paid for shipping to RMA the card via 2 day mail is very nice. I think he is a great trader.
