Mike is an absolute great guy. This is the first time that I have ever backed out of a deal. I made the deal in Florida thinking I was going to be able to clean up the mess I made with dialetric grease so I told Mike no problem. When I got home to NY I realized how impossible it was to clean up this motherboard and I gave him the option of full refund or take the board as is. I was glad that he accepted my apology and refund because I wouldve been ashamed to send him a product with gobs of grease oosing out of the socket. I ended up sending him a little extra money on top of the refund because he is a class act guy and had profound patience with me. I will definitely do business with Mike again in the future.
