I\'m going to have to advise against anyone dealing with you ever. At this point you\'d probably only refund me in hopes this will go away, but in reality once a loser always a loser. Why don\'t you guys see how he works by checking his habbits at www.hardforum.com , you\'ll see that there are still people that cannot contact him and he has officially ripped me off for $20 ( thank god it wasnt more ). Enter into a trade with him and if you hasstle him enough you\'ll get your stuff well after a month if at all.

While SoulSaver did refund $20 for the HD discrepancy, she refused to offer a timely refund on the unit if I ship it back saying I'd have to wait until tax season. This is on top of shipping delays that I was not notified about until I called to get the tracking # that was already a day late, in the end the shipping debacle that led to me getting the machine after 7 days did have partly to do with the USPS. I paid $10 less for an 8510P on eBay that arrived in better condition in less time with no hassle.

I'm sorry, I hate to leave neutral evals but this could have been avoided if you were as careful of a seller as the other "GOOD" sellers across the forums. The whole point of forum trading is to shame eBay and you trade like an eBay seller, not a respectable forum trader.

You did try but half assed is still half assed and this could have all been avoided if you knew how to list items properly, ship items yourself in a timely manner after being paid and keeping in contact with people as soon as an issue arises.

Card arived as promised with the exception of one screw on the heatsink but in the end I guess it's no big deal as I replaced the heatsink with an after market one anyways and XFX is sending me a replacement heatsink as well :D Yaay XFX.

The card did have the second half of the warranty available ( amazingly there are people that register their cards within 30 days @_@ ).

The card works great and one I get my own PC to use it in I'm sure it'll plow thru STALKER SoC with the Complete 2009 mod without any issues :)

I can honestly say that Charles is the best seller I\'ve dealt with to date. His communication is constant and he even PM\'d me with the updates from the UPS!! The packagaging was unreal and the laptop could have easily sustained a fall from a low earth orbit. The laptop itself is in outstanding condition and he gave me 1.5gb ram for FREE !!! WITHOUT ASKING !!! HE JUST DID IT !!!

I can understand a newbie seller going out of the way to ehlp them out early on but over 250+ ( recorded ) deals, this guy is still fn amazing to deal with.

I can honestly say that I cannot wait to deal with this guy again and hopefully get the chance to return the favour to him next time he needs anything :)
