Craig is a very understanding guy. The laptop worked great for me and the second day that he had got the laptop, it failed to boot up for him and he sent it back to me. I ordered the parts to fix it and once repaired I sent it back to him. Getting the new parts required me to buy from China, but it's working good for him now, so all's good. Great guy to do a deal with and hope we can do some more.
