Scammed me out of $70 for four 40GB hard drives.

We made arrangements for me to send him a MO for $70 and he would overnight me four 40GB hard drives. I sent the MO, he received it and cashed it, but the drives were never sent. I attempted to contact him through PM many, many times but he will not respond. I am contacting the Biose police department.
