First off we agreed to cross ship, he waited until he received my money order then he shipped. When I set up the mobo to test it it will power on but no video, no beeps and no dell diagnostic lights coming on. I contacted him to discuss the possibility of a refund because this mobo is obviously dead. He tells me it was working there so it must be my parts.... I am an A+ certified computer tech employed at a shop for 5+ years, I know what a dead mobo does and does not do. Bottom line is it may have worked for him but it's dead here and he seems to not care at all about it since he has already been paid for it.

He had only a couple of evals so I asked him to ship first. He was fine with that & did a great job packing and sending in a timely manner. When the motherboard arrived I had many problems with it & after discussing it with Kris I decided to send it back. While removing the mobo I noticed something I had overlooked that was the source of all my problems (part of the mobo tray was touching solder points on the back of the mobo, doh!). Through the whole ordeal Kris was understanding & very patient while awaiting his payment or mobo back. I would not hesitate to cross ship or to pay before shipping next time we do business.
