Unfortunately, there was a problem with the board, as we found out through some extensive testing. John was very helpful while I tried to troubleshoot - offering many suggestions and helpful advice. When we decided that the board must be dead, he offered a choice between sending everything back to him for a full refund or rendering appropriate compensation for the board. I chose the latter and am in the process of acquiring another board for everything else. Even though there was a problem with the board, I would be pleased to encourage others to deal with this fine trader. He stands behind his items 100% and will work with you to solve any problems that may arise.

Very good communication. He always kept me up to date on status. He shipped out the chip really quickly. The chip was wrapped in aluminum foil and the foil was placed in a small plastic enclosure. For some reason, I felt awkward seeing the chip wrapped in foil. I don\'t know if that is recommended or not, but the chip worked fine, so no big deal.

I bought a SCSI combo from Linh - 10X Toshiba DVD-ROM, 8/20 Imation CDR, Adaptec SCSI card.

The SCSI card and DVD worked great, but there was a problem with the CDR. It worked fine as a CD-ROM but didn't burn correctly. I contacted Linh about it and we both thought something probably happened to it during shipping even though it was very well packaged. Linh was very helpful, suggesting I try installing forceaspi and see if it helped. When it didn't, he promptly refunded me for that part of the deal. I hope to be able to deal with Linh again. He's a great guy who has quality components and stands by what he sells.
