Steve is an extremely nice person. Feel like he is my best friend or next door neighbor. Transaction was smooth and laptop was in the condition just as described --->Dead, LOL. Steve also knows how to pack a laptop. Tons of bubble wraps and packing peanuts. An elephant could sit on it and the laptop would be well protected. Communication was very frequent and responsive.
