Response from El_CapitanI never stated that I was complaining that the items were not new, I knew it was not new. I'm complaining about the lack of description about the overall quality of the items you were selling. Either they were in poor condition before you shipped them, or because you didn't provide any packaging material when the items were being shipped (the radiator fins, for example), resulting in damage to the items.
