First, he was late shipping and he lied about it being shipped when it hadn't been shipped. It was shipped a total of two days late(not a big deal), but on the first late day, he private messaged me and told me it had been shipped and that he would send me the tracking number later. It didn't actually get mailed untill the second day.
The second complaint I have is that the HS is not new as was advertised. It's dusty, so that is how I know it isn't new. Hopefully it will work.
I'm pissed about paying almost full price for a used heatsink, so I'll never deal with him again.

The deal was made without a problem, and I did get the drives. That was the good. Now for the bad. We were going to cross ship the drives. The deal was made on a monday. My drive went out using priority mail the next day. Once I mailed the drive, I didn't get another email from him till the day he got the HD (Thursday). I was starting to wonder if I got scammed. He said something about having problems on the homefront, and he said that he mailed the his HD's that day (Thursda y ). I got the drives monday, and it was postmarked last friday, so I'm pretty sure it didn't get in the mail till Friday. My other complaint is that the packing was substandard. The box was barely large enough to hold the two drives, and there was minimal packing. I just hope they work.
