Spacy9 volunteered his services to assist me with correcting my design as well as offering to print the object for me on his own 3D printer. His concern for the quality of the product resulted in him correcting minor (and almost un-noticeable) mistakes to produce a 2nd flawless product instead of shipping one he felt had cosmetic defects. He also shipped spare parts in the event something broke during shipment or I had difficulty assembling it.

He shipped USPS 2nd day as a courtesy even though I did not specify expedited shipping. I specified USPS because we have lockers for packages, and FedEx would likely leave on my porch to be stolen. He had no issues with my choice of shipment. He packaged everything so well and neatly with bubblewrap the package could have been used as a football for the NFL playoffs and still would have survived intact.

Due to all these things and his clear and courteous communication, I have already contacted him for a 2nd project. I also would not hesitate to recommend buying or trading with him.
