Bought a NEW MX1100 Mouse. Came to me as USED.

It arrived in an open box in which had its serial number cut out. The mouse was dirty and defective.
Contacted the seller (John Dill). He still lied about how the box was sealed.
BUYERS BEWARE
[update] He proceeds to blame Amazon for selling HIM a used mouse, which he bought it as new in 2009.
[update 2] He refunded me after I left this negative feedback. He sold me a new mouse. Sent me a used mouse.

Response from BosomNot so. The box may have been dusty from being in a box in my garage.

First he tells me this:
hey, this is used and it is not new judging from the marks on its rubber pads.

I mean, it was in a sealed box from the manufacturer and that's the invoice from where I bought it.. I opened one of them and used it which I still have sitting here on my desk, and the other one was still sealed...
If it had marks on the mouse feet then it came that way from Logitech. "
Then he tells me:

So I said:
"whatever. I will fully refund you after I receive it back.
That box was sealed when it left. If it was opened when you got it that should have probably been the first thing that you told me."
