Bought an ABIT BD7 RAID Motherboard

Tommy was called away on business during the transaction, and was out of touch for a few days. He contacted me with an apology and knocked 20% off the price.

Tommy sent it out on Friday and FedEx failed to deliver for nearly a week. The only reason I even got this was because Tommy gave them my phone number when he shipped it.

This has to have been one of the most troublesome transactions I\'ve ever had. Yet, Tommy was great through all of it. He kept me informed, and went the extra mile to work out the problems.

I wouldn\'t hesitate to buy from him again.
