He responded the next day saying it was avaliable and when I finally got a chance to respond (after work) he had already sold it to another guy. I had first contact and laid claim, however, aparently 4 hours was too long to wait for a response???

The reason for the neutral review is two-fold.

First, because I cross-traded, however, it took nearly a month to receive my items even though he received mine within a few days.

Second, after contacting him numerous times, I received no response over the period of a week. Which got me worried to the point where I contacted the moderators.

That said, I did end up receiving my items & they were as described. So, all is good in the end.
