10' Tygon tubing

I ordered Tygon tubing from him, but what I received was definitely NOT tygon tubing. It was a dingy yellow color and smelled like cigarette smoke and was not branded by Tygon (I called and they said all Tygon tubing will have the Tygon name and tube type imprinted on it). He sold me some generic tubing that was dirty and smelly. Buyer beware.

Good and not so good. This seller does have a good reputation and I would still recommend buying from him.

Bad: Techcool arrived soaked. One of the external hose barbs was irreparably leaking. Fan control was broken. Rather dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Tygon tubing was Tygothane, which is odd considering he included it as part of the w/c setup. Seller did not warn me of any of this. Packaging very questionable. In fact, the Fedex guy took something out of his shirt pocket saying it had "fallen out" from under the tape that was obviously not doing its job.

GOOD: Very fast shipping. Prompt communication. OFFERED A REFUND and I appreciate that greatly. AGAIN, HE OFFERED A REFUND. Friendly guy. I was out because of surgery and he was a patient guy.
