I bought a Toshiba A105 It was Used, And he Said he\'d include all the necessary drivers and extra software. The price was way better then retail i saved 50% buying from him and what i bought was a slightly \"used\" toshiba laptop with Minor Scratches on the Lid. He was true to his words He included all that and more.

The shipping was Amazing, 4 Days and it arrived. He Immediately shipped after payment. Sent a list of all that was going to be included and even went through the trouble of throwing in extra magazines for my parents.

His service/contact was extremely good. He will satisfy any skepticism you have about the product you\'re interested in. His attempts to convince me of the good condition of the laptop were through: AIM, PM\'s, Forum Post, Video Chat, Phone. Needless to say, I was blown away at what he would do to make me believe him. I (probably) am his first customer and won\'t be his last.

If i was able to give him a Better rating the understated \"positive\" i would. This guy can open a company with such honest business. He is very thoughtful and was with me the whole way. Not to mention he was very flexible.

I made this Heatware account for the sole purpose of telling everyone that this guy is legit and is a rare breed of those resellers who go out of their way to satisfy you.

His business with me will not go unannounced as I will influence my friends to purchase from him.

All in all i really recommend this guy Khanh. I really believe that his future in sales will be bright. Product, Price, Shipping, Reliablity, Contact, Support are all A++
