This isn't the first time I bought from Whizbang, and it certainly won't be the last. I've even directed other people, unaffiliated with Ars, to his for sale threads for his deals. He's a great seller, and even swapped the processor with me to do an RMA about a month past the actual purchase date after it died. I don't know of many other people who would do such a thing, and I recommend him 100%.
