As explained in our previous communications, the radiator was not leaking when it was shipped as it was tested in the same condition it was shipped. And about professionalism , saying that something is damaged after over a month of receiving the item does not display professionalism on your part as well. Like I said earlier, I can offer you my help if you need in getting a warranty replacement(if offered) since I was the previous owner of the radiator but that is the best I can do. The screws were never used with the fans as well and were actually screwed in the same way when the radiator was attached to my computer as well which leads me to believe that an error might have been on your part. I regret you had a bad experience with this transaction but I can assure you that the error is not on my behalf. I offer you any help short of issuing a refund to get you a better radiator if its humanely possible.
