item arrived later than expected. Seller stated he would ship the next day upon payment, which he failed to do. He then informed me he would ship it the following day. When I called to check he claimed it was shipped, after I checked the d.c., it showed that he only shipped 2 hours after i inquired. So he lacks honesty.

The product arrived with LCD completely dead. Which is fairly common for laptops when you don\'t mark it fragile and the box is not particularly sturdy or there aren\'t any packaging material that helps keep the box integrity.

I have been contacting him for several weeks asking for the insurance paper work to file a claim. He initially answered my calls but has stopped responding. He hasn\'t given me any of the info that USPS is asking of me.

The battery also arrived damaged, it has a crack running across from its body, and it is about to fall apart.

Gave him several weeks to remedy his errors, but I am forced to leave negative feedback.

Agreed to sell him a 8800GTS until my replacement deal for the card, involving a 8800GTX, went bad.

Item arrived with damaged to the hard drive plate. Shipment was well packaged, which seller agrees with, but arrived damaged none the less.

I insured the package to its full value, and was willing to deal with insurance to compensate what he required.

I provided him a number to call me to discuss possible resolutions for the situation. Would only deal with a reimbursement that was directly from me. Chose not to call, chose to stop corresponding with me, chose to keep the laptop, and then left negative feedback.

That's what i get for dealing with a 6 month old user with 2 heatware feedback.

Beware when dealing with him, either as a buyer or seller. Refusing to communicate to solve a problem is a good indication of the type of trader he will be.

In Response to his Excuse below: I offered to call him to discuss procedure, he didn't even bother responding to the offer. He'll come up with any excuse to make things difficult. He wants me to help him with insurance AFTER providing bad heat and not willing to change it.
