I bought an Intel NUC from DV_Amon for a fair price, but had issues with flickering when running at 4K on my TV. He gave some suggestions on what the issue could be, and offered a full refund if the issue couldn't be resolved. I was unable to get it working, so I shipped it back and received a full refund immediately upon receipt and verification. It's easy to be a good seller when everything goes perfectly, but a true test is how things are handled when something goes wrong, and in that regard, DV_Amon is as good as it gets. A class act, and someone I would gladly do business with again in the future.

I bought a XFX 7900XT from IEC for a very fair price. He shipped it as soon as he could (bought on a holiday weekend). Due to USPS ineptitude, it took me almost 2 weeks to receive it. IEC opened a Service Request ticket with USPS and kept me informed until I finally received the package. He offered to compensate me for the delay, which I declined, as he did everything right on his end and I refused to hold him accountable for something clearly out of his control. The GPU was expertly packed, and is working great on a fresh Windows install. IEC is a first-class seller, and I would gladly do business with him again in the future.
