I purchased a used Corsair H50 from this guy on the 20th of Jan. He stated he'd ship it out the next day. He then sent me a message on the 24th stating it would be going out that day and that he'd update me with tracking. I sent another message on the 27th stating i'd not received a tracking number & asked if it'd been sent out. He replied that it was sent out but he thought he left the tracking # on his desk at work & he'd send it to me the next day. He sent a message back stating it was sent the following day from the last date he told me he sent it & provided the tracking #. When I ran the tracking # after I received it, there was no data found. I tried later that evening & it stated that electronic shipping info was received on the 29th.
I finally received the item 2/1. When it was received it was definitely in used condition. Since I didn't inquire as to the condition prior to the sale I have nobody to blame but myself. However, there's no excuse for the shipping issues.

Joshua's a heckuva nice guy to deal with. He took it upon himself to ship the keyboard separate in order to prevent damage to it or the case.
FedEx kinda dinged up the box the case was in, but it was packed like it came from the factory and there was no damage to it. Joshua was concerned & had me take pics of the box in case he needed to contact FedEx.
All in all, a great deal & a great trader. I will definitely deal with Joshua again!
