Upon first testing the batteries, he could not get his charger to charge them and requested an immediate refund.

However, he later figured out what he was doing wrong and notified me. He also was fair in giving me a positive feedback.

Although I wish that this transaction had been a smoother one, the end result is that everything worked out. Thus, I am rating this as a positive transaction.
