    Bought several DVD\'s from seller

    Bought DVD\\\'s from seller. Originally requested 10 DVD\\\'s from his list. Seller did not honor 24-hour dibs as per Agore guidelines and advised that he had sold 1 of the requested DVD\\\'s to someone on another forum. Money was refunded with no problem.

    The negative rating comes because once I received the package on 07/14/06, one of the DVD\\\'s I had purchased was missing. Seller stated that DVD was sold to someone else also because of the 24-hour dibs not being respected. However, I was never advised of this and as of this post, I have not received a refund.

    If this second DVD had been handle the same as the first (i.e. a PM and refnd stating the issue) rather than waiting until after I received the package, I would have left a neutral rating.

    This has been the worst Agora transaction I have ever taken part of.

    The 24 hr dib rule is part of the Agora trading guidelines. It applies if the seller does not state any type of dib requirements. The DVD\'s were sold to someone who actually communicated with me and paid promptly instead of waiting almost 2 days to send the money. I refunded you more than the actual price of the first DVD, and was in the process of doing the same for the second. I am sorry you feel you needed to leave negative heat for me due to your ineptitude at reading the guidelines. Your refund is forthcoming.
