I purchased a 2GB notebook memory from tamaneko. He told me it would be shipped out soon. He notified me through Hardforum that it was shipped out on 6/03/2009. After trying to contact him with no results, I finally received the product today on 6/15/2009.

I looked at the postmark and it was postmarked on the 6/13/2009. 10 days after he had claimed to have mailed it out.

I was worried because I live in a big city and mail has never taken more than 2-3 days to get here. So when it took 12 days, I knew something was up.

I would rate it lower than neutral, but I didn\'t want to give him a negative rating. But I definitely do not appreciate being lied to. Mailing something out 10 days after you said you had mailed it out is completely ridiculous. I won\'t be trading with him again.

Please don\'t bother giving me anything less than positive rating because I will contact heatware.com to dispute it.

Purchased it from him, told him it didn\'t work (didn\'t know until later that it was due to a missing molex adapter XFX hadn\'t include in the package).

He offered a full refund right away no questions asked.

To me, that\'s just a stand up trader and I would highly recommend him.
