QNAP NAS

Item was shipped quickly and packed very well. Despite the care taken to protect the NAS from shipping damage, one of the drives was DOA (no doubt from being bumped around during its journey). Max worked with me to get the drive replaced at no cost to me and always maintained excellent communication. He was very patient and helped to make sure the product worked as intended (and in the same condition as it was sold). Max is an outstanding trader and I'd eagerly deal with him again in the future.
