Shipping was decent in terms of time, but the packaging was excellent! Couldn\'t get better packaging from an e-tailer :)

At first I was having problems with the card. I mentioned it to him and we went through some trouble shooting, after conversing for a while (really good communication) he provided RMA info, and I saved it. I gave it one last try with a clean install, and voila! Turns out it must have been a conflicting driver of some sort, now the video card runs flawlessly with excellent FPS. At first we had some trouble with the screen, not being able to display correctly. We both came to conclusion that it must have been something along the way of shipping (though for the most part it was very well packaged). He actually gave me all the information I needed to get an exchange, and I did. So now I have a fully functional samsung 226bw registered to me :) He even gave me a discount for the inconvenience!
