I received my card in two days time. I must say, when David said the card was in \'pristine\' condition, he wasn\'t kidding. The card didn\'t have the included DVI->VGA connector, but David had told me in advance that it wouldn\'t be included. He kindly substituted the connector with a 12-foot S-Video cable (compensates perfectly in my book). Item was very well taken care of, and packaged as best as humanly possible (in the tight Priority Mail box). I would not hesitate for a second in dealing with David again.
