He responded quickly to most of the message prior to the sale. Shipping was quick, but the items were not very well packaged. Both were retail, one had packaging paper wrapped around it, and the other was placed in a larger box without any kind of cushioning. Items work fine, though.

Redeemed the code and it worked like a charm. The pony, however, ended up being a unicorn and it flew away. I\'ll miss the pony/unicorn, but with 12 more months of Netflix streaming via my Microsoft Gold account, I wouldn\'t have had time to care for it anyway.
