I PMed again after not seeing the RAM and he admitted he forgotten he\'d offered it as it wasn\'t originally for sale, so he gave me a huge partial refund and shipped the RAM very quickly. Very happy despite the mistake thanks to the very mature way it was taken care of.

Original shipment came in damaged and unusable due to poor packaging, seller worked with me to have the item replaced, resulting in a one month wait but a brand new, untouched GTX570. Offered and payed through on miniHDMI-to-HDMI adaptor the card lacked. Was easy to contact and honest.

Would deal with again as long as I knew the packing was dome well, but I'm sure hes already learned that lesson from this whole ordeal.
