Paid for an iPhone 6 twice. Immediately sent payment I received the Paypal and was I very prompt with communication. 30 minutes after we close the deal he messages me stating that there is an issue with Paypal and he was to wait to 20 days for it to clear so that if I could send the payment as gift to a different Paypal; I was in no rush so I told him I didn't mind waiting.

Hour later just randomly refunds the payment and tells me another story about his Paypal not working. I go ahead and send and resend the payment and then told me it didn't work. Told me to wait until he could get a new Paypal. After a while he then tells me someone else sent the payment and that he didn't appreciate the gossip? (I messaged a fellow member if he had paid for the item as well or not)

All in all just to summarize the whole story not sure what the seller wanted to do or if he received more for the item but he wasted a ton of time with me, made me send 2 payments which now I have pending charges and overall just a terrible experience. Would never do business again.

EDIT: Oh and to clear out any confusion about leaving heatware, under the FAQ it states...

"If no goods or money was exchanged, the "deal" is not eligible for evaluation."

Money was exchanged in this transaction.
