I am leaving this feedback because I wanted to express my recognition between fair, good and great traders. It is easy to be a good trader when everything goes smoothly, but the true mark of a great trader is how they perform when problems arise.

Communication was fantastic thru this entire transaction. All delays were explained and TbirdKid was very, very consciencious throughout. When the item arrived, it was not what I had hoped/expected it to be. I think that was just a hiccup in dealing thru the online medium. Refund was immediate and without hesitation. I ended up purchasing this product from an online retailer, but wanted to let everyone know that this is a true blue, trader with indisputable integrity.
