Mousepad was advertised "as new" and arrived in "as new" condition. Could not distinguish anything that would lead me to believe it was purchased used. Shipping was longer than expected, but I did not ask for a specific type of shipping. Regardless, the pad was packaged very well. Great communication throughout transaction.
