The unit was damaged in shipping and would not come on. It didn't output video to component or HDMI. Jlobue10 was reasonable and worked with me on a few troubleshooting things. We decided it was not going to work and he agreed to refund 75% of my initial down payment and allowed me to keep the charging station, one controller and the 5 games. While I wish the unit worked I can understand things happen in shipping and he was totally ok with providing a refund.
