item was shipped promptly and arrived well packaged. the box itself was mailed in brown paper wrapping and USPS charged ME $3 to get the item out for the sellers mistake, it was labeled with a sticky note by the postal service "flat rate requires a flat rate box" i am leaving negative feedback because if i wanted to pay full retail price on a nic i would have just ordered it from newegg instead. I WILL change it to a neutral rating if the $3 is refunded. either way this was the first and last time i will be dealing with this trader.

upon paying for the item on may 19th i asked the seller if he would ship the item out for me on the 22nd. when asked for a tracking number late that day he responded quote \"I got out of work late yesterday and the PO was closed. It will ship tomorrow. I\'ll PM you the info.

When contacted again on Wednesday the 26th he responded again telling me he shipped it out \"MONDAY\" (24th)

it is now june 4th and i still have not revived anything from this seller. he has stopped responding to all pm\'s & has not logged in to his account since the 26th of may.

i will not be dealing with this seller again & this has been a serious inconvenience for me.

Does not respond to his PM's after hes taken your money, seller shipped to an unconfirmed paypal address (old residence)instead of the one posted in the PM's i sent. $15 is not worth a dispute or a drive half way across town to pick it up so here is my review instead. if you deal with him make sure you send the shipping address before the money because your PM's will go unread apparently.

Traded a 5770 for a LC'd 4890 + $50 cash

card arrived DOA. he is unwilling to help with the ups claim as it was insured. its now been over a month that i've been out a video card & he is refusing to send me back my 5770. best yet is paypal denied my claim to recover the $50 i sent him on the grounds:
"PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality."

Learn from my mistake of trying to deal with this guy and AVOID trading with him.

The item came in good condition and was packaged well. the reason for a neutral eval is becuase the gentelmen would not keep in contact with me as i would have prefured. after repeat attempts to get contact with a tracking #, I eventualy got it. but it took more effort then it should have.
