Turns out there was new APO regulations that we found out the hard way but he went above and beyond in trying to help. Would easily buy again, no fear with $1K+ items.

Didn't even mind waiting for a few days since I had to take spare parts for my buddy as we were stuck behind a mobo bios update that prevented us from testing the card. 10 of 10 would recommend.

Price was good, shipping (the part he could control) was great, USPS was trash but this is the way, and he was in touch through all the issues they brought to the table.
