The sellers description was accurate and he shipped promptly. When the system arrived everything was working correctly except for one problem. The heatsink fan wasn't mounted correctly and was clearly broken. The seller payed for a replacement CPU cooler and it works just fine now. Given a mostly positive experience and the volume of positive feedback, I would say it was probably damaged in shipping or something. Would deal with this person again.
