Reefa paid extra for the stock heatsink, unfortunately I forgot it during shipment. I also forgot to follow up with shipping it the following week until Reefa jogged my memory. He was very polite throughout the entire transaction and was exceptionally understanding in regards to my forgetfulness.

This is probably one of the easiest, albeit not the smoothest (entirely my fault) transactions I\'ve done. I would definitely trade with him again given the opportunity.

The price was great, shipping was quick, and communication was excellent. The one problem was that the CPU arrived with ever so slightly bent pins but I managed to fix it and it runs without issues. Accidents happen and when I told rrerbacam about it he sincerely apologized and offered to buy me a brand new processor if I couldn't repair the original. Despite me being able to salvage the processor, I was more than satisfied with the resolution he offered and I'm confident that this is a person who stands behind all of his transactions.

Accidents happen, and when they do how the issue is handled shows a lot about the seller.

I will definitely not hesitate to deal with rrerbacam again in the future.
